Marryam terms Nawaz's reported deal 'baseless'

Spokesperson Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Marryium Aurangzeb has categorically rejected the fake news reported by a section of media that the party Chief Nawaz Sharif had struck a 'deal', a day before the general election in the country.
In a clarification statement issued here on Tuesday, Marryium Aurangzeb said that the news that Nawaz Sharif had stuck a 'deal' was totally baseless, shameful and an attempt to influence the results of July 25 polls. She said that despite having serious health issue, her party Quaid refused to go to hospital and was shameful to accuse him of entering into a 'deal'.
Regretting propaganda against the PML-N supremo, Marryium Aurangzeb demanded the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) to take notice of the campaign against the party chief after the end of electioneering. "We categorically reject all negative media reports including the one regarding any deal," she said.
The PML-N spokesperson alleged that the motive behind such fake news was to perplex her party's voters. "Nawaz Sharif is in prison for the sake of respect of the vote of people," she added. Marryium Aurangzeb said that a historic decision would come for giving respect to the vote on July 25.
