Mohammad Zubair has resigned as Sindh's governor three days after the PML-N lost its majority in parliament. He has sent his resignation to the president of Pakistan. "I have worked as the governor in a constitutionally defined way," he said. He has started shifting his things from Governor House in Karachi to his private residence and he will officially leave after his resignation is accepted. Zubair was appointed governor of Sindh in February 2017 after his predecessor Justice (retired) Saeeduz Zaman Siddiqui passed away in January 2017.
