A newer and prosperous Pakistan, why?

29 Jul, 2018

What makes Pakistan's landscape so unique and ready for exportability and innovative excellence? Technology and automation are shifting in ways that favour the eager population of developing nations. The Asian market is directly benefiting from the accessibility of technology and the ability to freely collaborate. This opens up enormous potential for new entrepreneurs, free thinkers and business start-ups that are no longer technologically behind their Western counterparts.
There is no doubt that Pakistan is moving forward. Pakistan, like any emerging nation, needs the mobilization of entrepreneurs to take the country to greater heights of prosperity and international recognition as a place to do business.
Pakistan, while growing under a new spotlight, is ready as new world markets open with global access to even more markets. As new technologies quickly emerge, new trading platforms appear even faster. Pakistan's entrepreneurs are surrounded with new opportunities. Pakistan will certainly keep the pace and continue to gain national and global attention. A new world for creating national and global presence is ready for utilization. Billions of untapped customers are waiting for Pakistan's high-quality goods and services.
Entrepreneurial thinking is expanding A high tolerance for change and the ability to spot opportunities is essential for all entrepreneurial operations. Trends put forth by technology are rapidly changing the game, and only those who spot these opportunities and execute them first will have the upper hand. The ability to constantly learn and respond to the market is essential.
The world is an open playing ground for the world's Alpha dreamers. A global age connected world is at their fingertips. Technocalamity, the free overflow of technology is not feared by emerging entrepreneurs. In fact, it is welcomed and has become the tool of choice by these Alpha dreamers. Technology is altering landscapes and yet organisations all over the world are oblivious to its powers?
The biggest national hidden treasure of a country is its entrepreneurial talent; massive, untapped, undiscovered, un-commercialized and ready for mobilization. It is way past time to do some digging and bring these hidden treasures to the surface.
The current trends are pointing towards automation, advance, Strong-Level AI, and augmented reality/VR technologies. Those who can combine these different avenues uniquely will stand out among the rest in the new emerging market. Why should Western countries be the only ones to innovate? Any nation in any part of the world, need only to harness these powerful technological riggings and quickly sail to commanding unchartered areas.
What is a major obstacle preventing the growth of entrepreneurs?
Political leadership is often an impediment to the free flow of ideas and the growth of its population. Politicians' aim is only to preserve power rather than empowering their nation by encouraging them to take financial risks and offer them the flexibility needed to thrive in the free market. But this tide is gradually shifting into an attitude of tolerance and acceptance, where entrepreneurs are encouraged to think outside the box and execute their vision. Entrepreneurs will become the most important contributors to Pakistan and all nations with a desire to expand. They just need to be given sufficient space to expand and grow.
The mantras of innovation are simmering down, partially due to the lack of commercialization, monetization and entrepreneurialism. The fact is entrepreneurial execution is always the most critical missing link and without it the greatest ideas stay as expensive rolls of Intellectual Property collecting dust. The resources are ready and waiting and you just need to be on your mark and ready to charge forward with grit and determination.
It is time to capture the nation with innovative excellence thinking, global age speed, and unstoppable progressive models as well as monetize the sleeping giant and awaken the entrepreneurialism lost under the weight of academia and to commercialize those lingering innovational ideas that are presently collecting dust. To win pending elections, it is time for dramatic action and to demonstrate entrepreneurial leadership, and it is time for deployment and mobilization.
Previous generations existed in a Machiavellian, kill-or-be-killed mentality. This way of thinking only works during times of scarcity and when there are not enough resources available for everyone. The world is entering a post-scarcity society, where technology is freely available and ideas are being encouraged. Now more than ever, the population should be allowed to share ideas and collaborate, instead of hoarding resources and burning bridges.
Globally speaking, "entrepreneurialism" is always diverse and tolerant; it is the present political types of leadership that's not broadminded. By making national mobilization of entrepreneurialism, a major, open, national mandate, a better world will emerge because nations will be more occupied with expanding fair trading and grassroots prosperity.
How will new technology make entrepreneurship easier for Pakistan?
AI, Artificial Technology, is on the rise, moving much faster than any time in the history. As AI begins to take over the basic tasks of processing such as database management and calculating, the population will have more time and freedom to address creative issues and innovate.
Machine learning is far different that human learning and human ingenuity is now at its peak. AI can sift through large bodies of complex, intricate data, and develop an algorithm accordingly; a job once reserved exclusively for the human mind can now be delegated to a machine. With labour and routine jobs being handled by AI, people are free to collaborate, think and innovate at a far greater level than ever before. We are living in a time where creativity should be acknowledged, cultivated and rewarded.
Classroom education is 'explicit knowledge' like bookkeeping, something that can be written.
Entrepreneurialism is 'tacit knowledge' like riding a bike, something that can only be practiced. Education must shift and create a learning culture that embraces hands-on, problem solving and real time, thinking approaches.
"Busy" is obsolete. AI is there to work for you, allowing you to work smart and efficiently, making the full use of your available resources. Those who manage their time effectively and remain flexible to emerging trends will have an edge in this new era. A newer Pakistan, a prosperous Pakistan.
