With a view to provide opportunity to junior cadre clerical/non-clerical staff of the Bank to perform Hajj, a balloting was held at the Head Office of The Bank of Punjab (BOP)on August 03, 2018 for selecting successful staff members for Hajj 2018.
Naeemuddin Khan, President/CEO, announced the names of Muhammad Iqbal (Gunman), Muhammad Ilyas (Gunman)and Muhammad Khan (Gunman) being successful staff members in balloting ceremony attended by senior management and staff members of the Bank.
At the event, President/CEO also announced an Umrah Scheme for junior cadre clerical/non-clerical staff of the Bank. According to this scheme, every month 01 staff member will be sent to perform Umrah and selection will be made through balloting. Accordingly, Syed Zeeshan Haider Bukhari (Messenger) was declared as successful for performing Umrah out of allocation for the current month.
While felicitating the successful staff members for their selection for performing Hajj and Umrah, President/CEO expressed confidence that step taken by management to fulfil one of the greatest desire of every Muslim shall go a long way in boosting morale of staff members and they would work with more zeal and fervour for the future progress of the Bank.-PR
