The country's total liquid foreign exchange reserves slipped below $17 billion. According to State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) weekly report issued Thursday, the country's total liquid forex reserves declined by $292 million to $16.713 billion as on August 10, 2018 compared to $17.005 billion on August 3, 2018. During the week, the SBP's forex reserves decreased by $216 million to $10.153 billion down from $10.369 billion. Reserves held by banks fell by $76 million to $6.56 billion at the end of previous week.
