General Secretary ANP, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sardar Hussain Babak has said that the party is part of the electoral alliance of joint opposition on all vacant parliamentary seats including Shangla and directed all subsidiary organizations of the party to work for the success of PML-N candidate in bye-poll on the KP Assembly constituency PK-23, Shangla.
In a statement issued here Monday, he said that the ANP will continue all possible efforts to making the joint opposition a success. He said that the ANP is a disciplined and principled political party and has expectations from all office bearers and workers to ensure the implementation of decisions and policies of the party.
The ANP has taken the position in wake of the announcement of its leaders support and alliance for the PTI candidate on re-polling on PK-23 Shangla.
Babak, who is also the ANP parliamentary leader in KP assembly, reiterated that the party will not become victim of the compromise on its constitution and principles and will initiate disciplinary action against those violate the party decisions.
He warned that none of the party office bearer or his associate has right to use the name and flag in violation of the party policy and decisions. He clarified that those who had broken the party discipline has no moral justification to use the party name.
