Minister for Law, Sultan Mohammad Khan has taken stern notice of firing incident at Peshawar courts and directed submission of report into the incident with immediate effect.
Expressing extreme sorrow over the incident, he said that the occurrence of incidents at such places is the matter of high concern for security agencies. He said that elements involved in such incidents will be dealt with iron hands and no leniency will be shown with anyone, saying the violators of law will be made example for others.
The provincial minister for law said that involved in creating law and order situation deserve harsh punishment and such outlaws should be sent behind bars. He pledged taking all possible steps for provision of security to courts and bar rooms. He said that lawyer injured in the incident will be provided all kind of medical facility and requested the lawyers' community to remain with peace as the provincial government will not leave them alone in any circumstances.
