GILGIT: Snowfall in Gilgit and other parts of the area was continuing on Saturday.

Three inches snowfall has been recorded so far in Gilgit.

Skardu remained the coldest place with minimum temperature of minus 9 Degree centigrade.

Temperatures of other areas are Astore minus 8, Gupis minus minus 6 and Gilgit 3 degree centigrade.

Met office has forecast more rain and snowfall on hilly areas.

Meanwhile, two schedule flights of PIA for Gilgit have been cancelled due to bad weather.
