The Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar on Saturday said the PTI government has started working to change the rotten system and reforms are being introduced in government departments to provide relief to the people. He said this while talking to Haji Imtiaz Ahmed Chaudhry MNA and former MNA Chaudhry Ijaz.
"Pakistan including Punjab will be changed under the leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan as leader like Imran Khan can only change the destiny of the nation. We have done everything on merit and will do so in future," he said, adding: "Corrupt elements have no room in the province. We have adopted the zero tolerance policy against corruption."
The Punjab CM said, "We have come to work; time of rhetoric has passed. The PTI has become the symbol of change and steps are being taken for bringing improvement in education, health and social sectors." Moreover, while listening to the problems of over 400 people in Lahore, the chief minister said that he is available for the public service any time and his doors are open for everybody for redressal of their issues. He said his ministers are empowered, we have given powers to ministers and every minister in Punjab has been given targets to complete them in time so that the people can get relief.
Sardar Usman Buzdar said he remains in contact with the people. In the past only buildings were raised and no practical measure was taken to resolve problems of the people. He said officers who resolve problems of the people will be encouraged and no dereliction will be tolerated in this regard.
