Fake calls: FIA approached to register case against impersonators

Minister for Education & Professional Training Shafqat Mahmood has approached Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to register a case against individuals making fake calls by impersonating the federal education minister.
According to an official statement, Mahmood informed FIA to register a case against individuals making fake calls by impersonating federal education minister. It has been found that many calls have been made to education institutions in Azad Jammu and Kashmir as well as Lahore by the individuals claming to be the education minister and asking for various favours.
The minister also informed the government offices, its attached departments and general public through official statement that anyone impersonating or making calls as education minister must be immediately reported to the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training and the FIA.
Meanwhile, the Education Ministry has decided to auction all the 150 non-functional vehicles. A detailed presentation on official vehicles of the Ministry of Education and its attached organisations was given to the federal minister for education and professional training here on Friday.
After the presentation, Mahmood decided that all the non-functional vehicles that have completed their life and are not roadworthy will immediately be auctioned after meeting all formalities and observance of rules to the subject.
