Likewise other parts of the country, the Black Day was also observed in Hyderabad on Saturday to express solidarity with the people of occupied Jammu and Kashmiris and their struggle for the right of self determination.
In this connection, a rally led by Additional Deputy Commissioner II Hyderabad Ali Mohammad Babbar was organized from Shahbaz Building to Gymkhana Hyderabad. Addressing the rally, Ali Mohammad Babbar said that India had tried every cruel step to curb the Kashmir freedom movement but it has been getting momentum instead with every passing day, people of Kashmir were sacrificing their lives daily, he added.
He stressed upon United Nations and other world powers to pressurize India to ensure implementation on the UN resolutions on Kashmir. He said that Kashmir was our jugular vein and we keep on supporting Kashmir freedom movement, he vowed and said that observing black day was aimed to support Kashmiris peaceful struggle.
