"All necessary security and administrative arrangements have been finalised to celebrate the Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH) in a befitting manner during the peaceful environment." This was disclosed by Divisional Commissioner Asif Iqbal Ch while addressing the Divisional Peace Committee held here at Circuit House on Thursday.
RPO Ghulam Mehmud Dogar, Deputy Commissioner Sardar Saifullah Dogar, CPO Ishfaq Ahmad Khan and other officers were also present in the meeting. The Divisional Commissioner welcomed the members of Divisional Peace Committee and appreciated the remarkable services and vibrant role of Ulema Karam for maintaining social peace and religious harmony.
He said that the sacred month of Rabi-ul-Awwal was equal respectable for all Muslims and its sanctity should be maintained all cost. He explained that the suggestions of ulema were being welcomed for the improvement of security and administrative matters.
RPO Ghulam Mehmud Dogar presented rich tributes to the exemplary cooperation of the members of Peace Committee and said all-out resources would be utilized for the protection of events being held relating to the Rabi-ul-Awal, however, the volunteers guards should also be remained active by the organizers of the events to foil the nefarious designs of the enemies of Islam and country.
