PTEF slams handing over of schools to 'inexperienced' organization

The administration and teachers of the Pak-Turk Education Foundation (PTEF) has condemned the handing over of Pak-Turk Schools to an inexperienced foreign organization, and urged to avoid such infamous decisions.
While addressing a news conference at press club on Saturday, a teacher of the Pak-Turk school Shad Muhammad said that Pak-Turk school Education Foundation is a registered institute under the Pakistan's administration, and presently 26 institutes are working under it. He informed that about 20 years, some Turk philanthropists had established this institute for the betterment of the people of Pakistan, and which has become a shining chapter now. Shad said that the students of Pak-Turk schools besides grabbing distinctive positions in the educations boards, also got more than 30 medals in the international competitions as well, which he termed a proof of the dedication and tireless efforts of the teachers of the Pak-Turk schools.
Flanked by other teacher and administrative staff of the foundation, he said that along-with imparting best education and skill trainings to its students, the teachers and administrative staff of the foundation also working hard for the promotion of the Sunnah of the Holy prophet Muhammad (SAW) and the teaching of Allama Iqbal. The dedication and efforts of these institutions for the last two decades are there in getting a good name of Pakistan at international level, he maintained. But now the well established institutions are handing over to a new and inexperience foreign Maarif Foundation, which he regretted.
They said that the parents of students, teachers and administrative staff and ex-students of the Pak-Turk school appealed the Chief Justice Supreme Court of Pakistan to take notice of the infamous decision and save the future of a well established institution and students.
