The Pakistan People's Party (PPP) Punjab has termed the order by the apex court for removal of the name of Bilawal Bhutto from the Joint Investigation Team (JIT) report as a victory of truth. The PPP parliamentary leader in the Punjab assembly Syed Hassan Murtaza said the ministers should be ashamed of their propaganda against the PPP after the submission of JIT report in the Supreme Court.
He said all the elements obstructing entry of Bilawal Bhutto in politics have been exposed. Further, he said, the people must know that some elements were trying to wrap up the system after hiding behind the Supreme Court. He also criticized the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) for using negative tactics against the PPP. He said the JIT has lost legal as well as moral justification after order by the Chief Justice of Pakistan.
