Buzdar terms Saudi investment a unique gift

Terming 'investment package' announced by Saudi Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman as a unique gift for Pakistan, the Punjab chief minister Sardar Usman Buzdar Monday said this package will strengthen Pakistan economically. "The visit of Saudi Crown Prince has given a new dimension to bilateral relations of the two countries," Sardar Usman said while talking to Raja Riaz, Raza Nasrullah and Faiz ullah Kamoka MNAs, here today.
The CM maintained that signing of agreements has heralded a new era of economic cooperation while the journey of national development will be further accelerated. "Pakistan will achieve its real destination under the leadership of PM Imran Khan," Sardar Usman said, adding: "The PTI government has taken a number of steps for public welfare in a short span of time. We have come to power to serve the people."
He said that PM Imran Khan will come up to the expectations of 220 million people of Pakistan. It is sanguine that friendly countries have reposed their full confidence in the leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan.
Moreover, the Punjab chief minister inaugurated the anti-polio drive at the Government Central Model School Rattigan Road, here Monday by administering anti-polio vaccine drops to the children.
Talking on the occasion, the CM said that the government is fully committed to win the war against polio and we will work hard to keep our children safe from this disease. He reiterated that Punjab will be made a polio-free province and added that line departments will have to fulfill the responsibility of making anti-polio campaign a success.
Provincial health minister Dr Yasmeen Rashid said that CM Usman Buzdar has taken the responsibility of eradicating polio virus. Cleanliness is half to faith and it is essential to wash hands with soap before eating food and after easing oneself. Provincial minister for Schools Education Department Murad Raas, chief secretary, spokesman to CM Dr. Shahbaz Gill, secretary primary & secondary health department and DC Lahore were also present on the occasion.
