Terming the policy statement of the Prime Minister Imran Khan, after Indian propaganda blitz in the wake of Pulwama attack, as true reflection of national sentiments, Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar on Wednesday said the PM Imran Khan has presented the principled stance of Pakistan in a logical way.
"Indian illogic allegations against Pakistan are baseless and Indian government is unsuccessfully trying to put the burden of its political failures at Pakistan," the CM said, adding: "India is gravely involved in violations of human rights in occupied Kashmir and its hue and cry is an attempt to hoodwink others as well as to spoil facts."
In fact, levelling allegations against Pakistan without any proof or investigation is the height of shamefulness, he added. "Pakistan's desire for peace should not be treated as its weakness. The whole nation is united and the armed forces of Pakistan are ever ready to defend the beloved motherland," he said.
Moreover, talking to members of national and provincial assemblies from different districts, Buzdar said, "Unlike the past, resources will not be reserved for some specific cities but every area will be equally developed in the new Pakistan. During the previous tenure, national resources were mercilessly wasted in the name of development projects but the PTI government will expand the journey of development and prosperity to deprived and backward areas."
He said the incumbent government has given particular attention to the betterment of social sector and reforms are being introduced to solve the problems of the people.
"Every penny is being spent with utmost prudence and care for the betterment of the people," he said, adding: "Establishment of an economically self-reliant, developed and prosperous Pakistan is the vision of Prime Minister Imran Khan."
He said that solid steps have been taken for the welfare of the masses and their selfless service is the core mission of the government which will be fulfilled.
