Business models of the future are technology led and talent dependent; artificial intelligence shall be taking over menial tasks, with greater reliance on predictive data/analytics, algorithms, etc. Emotional intelligence deals with the talent representing growth mindset, cognition and learning ability, empathy, work ethics, perspective-taking and change management. Possessing Emotional intelligence and ethics is a competitive edge. AI will help humans to evolve further and redefine future social and business norms.
Recommended Action - government has needs and resources to lead this space, policy and strategy roadmap required to engage businesses and create awareness around convergence of AI and EI - both in public and private sector.
