Federal Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry has suggested Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari to start a march against the government, if he wants so, from Lahore. Chaudhry said on Wednesday that Pakistan People's Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto's offer of former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif's treatment at a hospital in Sindh is a joke. He was addressing a press conference where he said that Nawaz Sharif is a cardiac patient and 'such jokes shouldn't be done with him'.
"Imran Khan doesn't have a personal enmity with Nawaz and Zardari. They have laundered billions of rupees and when asked to return it they allege that they are being politically victimized," he alleged. Chaudhry said that in these cases even a single officer is not from the PTI and no judicial member is under any pressure.
In a press conference earlier in the day, Bilawal had said that the National Accountability Bureau is dragging him in Benami (fake) accounts case to induce political engineering. "The law of NAB is the black law," said the PPP chairman, adding that the institutions made during former military ruler Gen Pervez Musharraf's (retd) era arrested the Sindh Assembly Speaker Agha Siraj Durrani from Islamabad.
Bilawal said that the post of the Speaker Sindh Assembly does not belong to the PPP. "Attack on the Sindh Assembly is unfortunate." Also, Bilawal on Monday last paid a visit to Nawaz Sharif at Kot Lakhpat jail, who is facing cardiac issues. Maryam Nawaz had thanked Bilawal over his visit. The PPP chairman had asked Nawaz to get treatment at a hospital of his choice in Sindh.
