Metropolitan Commissioner of KMC Dr Syed Saif-ur-Rehman said a desk has been setup in the I T Department of KMC for transfer of citizen's complaints.
He has directed all departmental heads of KMC to assign special priority to resolve the public grievances without delay and keep the concerned quarter of I T department fully informed /updated on daily basis.
He said large number of citizens of Karachi were using Pakistan's citizens portal online and lodging their complaints on it and it is the responsibility of relevant department of KMC to ensure quick redressal of grievances of citizens of this city within stipulated time.
