Qaiser Ahmed Sheikh, Member National Assembly, has said that the government should facilitate investment from South Korea which is one of the top economies of the world. He was speaking at a reception hosted by him in honour of Korea's parliamentary delegation which visited Pakistan a few days ago.
Speaker National Assembly, Asad Qaiser, former Chairman Senate, Wasim Sajjad and a number of members of National Assembly from PML-N and ruling party PTI also attended the reception. Qaiser Ahmed Sheikh, in his address said that South Korea has made tremendous progress in all fields including technology. He said that Korean investors are interested in investing Pakistan, urging the government to give them attractive investment climate. A few Korean companies are already working on power projects.
He said that Pakistan should learn from the experience of Korea for making its economy strong. Speaker National Assembly welcomed the Korean Parliamentary delegation and urged on close coordination between the parliaments of both the countries. Other participants also welcome the delegation. The head of Korean delegation appreciated Qaiser Ahmed Sheikh for hosting reception in their honour and also urged on close ties of both countries.
