Capital Development Authority (CDA) is in process to complete development work on halted projects and particularly those schemes that were started long ago but could not be completed due to different issues. In this regard, the incumbent management of the CDA has taken practical steps. All issues, whether technical or administrative, are being addressed simultaneously so that general public could be facilitated.
An operation was conducted at the Park Enclave, here on Saturday and a small portion of land that had remained under illegal possession, was got vacated. Enforcement Directorate CDA, ICT administration, Islamabad police, Land and Rehabilitation Directorate, Project Director Park Enclave and Land Survey Division Planning Wing took part in operation.
They got vacated 440 feet stretch in street 9, another 80 feet stretch in street No 10, around 400 feet stretch in street No.7, 175 feet stretch in street 7-A and 200 feet stretch in street 8 of the Park Enclave from squatters. The project director Park Enclave was given possession of the vacated land.
He has been directed to initiate residual development work in the streets vacated from the illegal occupants so that allottees may construct their houses on their plots.
