The Pakistan People's Party (PPP) Punjab has decided to hold protests throughout the province against arrest of Asif Zardari by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB). It may be noted that the PPP Punjab executive committee was due to meet Tuesday at the party secretariat to finalize protest details. However, the meeting was canceled with a follow up news that the PPP would hold a protest outside the Lahore Press Club on Tuesday evening. The Punjab leadership of the party addressed the party workers and vowed to continue protest against the arrest of party co-chairman.
