The Lahore High Court disposed of a petition of Kamalia Sugar Mills with direction to Lesco chief to decide the application of the petitioner within a week. The sugar mills through its counsel contended that the Lesco sent a bill of heavy amount and authorities refused to make its installments. The counsel contended that Lesco used to make installments of the heavy bills and authorities unlawfully refused to make installments. The counsel therefore asked the court to direct the respondent Lesco authorities to act in accordance with the law and make installments of the bill. The court after hearing the counsel at length disposed of the petition with direction to act in accordance with the law.
