Director General, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), Tahir Orakzai said that the KPRA enhanced growth by 43 percent in non-telco revenue. This, he stated during visit of Chief Secretary Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Muhammad Salim at KPRA head office. He was briefed about the structure of the organization, various initiatives and future plans that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will be executing, said in a press statement issued here on Saturday.
During his visit, the chief Secretary examined various sections of the Authority including Tax Facilitation Centre, conference room, Audit Wing, Computer labs. He appreciated the facilities, infrastructure and the achievements of the Revenue Authority.
On this occasion, Director General KPRA Tahir Orakzai gave a detailed presentation on the activities, achievements and future plans of the Authority. He informed the chaired that KPRA enhanced 43 percent growth in non-telco revenue. DG KPRA says Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority is moving forward in the right way, shown outstanding role in uplifting KP's revenue. Chief Secretary Muhammad Salim, while speaking on the occasion said that the tax-payers are playing vital role in the provincial development and their trust on the authority is highly important for the enhancement of maximum revenue.
