Open kutchery held in Faisalabad

Divisional Commissioner Mehmood Javed Bhatti, Acting Deputy Commissioner Tariq Khan Niazi and SP Mauz Zafar jointly held an open court at Jinnah Hall district council and listened to public complaints and issued orders to relevant departments for quick disposal of their complaints. They listened to the public complaints regarding different departments and assured the complainants of relief. Chairman PHA/MPA Latif Nazar was also present.
Divisional Commissioner said that the genuine complaints of the citizens would be redressed on priority basis and relief would be provided to the complainants purely on merit. He directed the officers of Faisalabad Waste Management Company (FWMC), health, education, revenue and WASA for prompt action against public complaints. He directed for quality cleanliness and disposal of waste without delay and asked the officers of FWMC and WASA to publish their complaint free number for early disposal of public complaints.
The commissioner also listened to the complaints against health, revenue and other departments and issued orders for early redress of the complaints of the applicants. The Divisional Commissioner said that the departmental process on applications would be supervised regularly and status of the disposal of complaints would also be reviewed.
He directed the officers of different departments to pay special attention to public problems and every possible relief should be provided to the complainants. Acting Deputy Commissioner said that open courts were being held regularly on every Friday under the directions of CM Punjab Sardar Usman Buzdar to listen to public complaints near their door steps.
He said that the district administration has mobilised all its resources to provide relief to the public and the standard of the departmental services was being raised for better service delivery. He said that the performance of the health, education, revenue and other departments was being supervised to provide the basic facilities to the people including medical treatment, education and municipal services as per their expectations.
He directed the concerned officers for retrieval of state land from the land grabbers. He assured the applicants that their problems would be solved without any delay and departmental process was being monitored in this regard. On the behalf of CPO, SP said that police was taking steps to control the crimes and justice would be provided to the oppressed people without delay. He directed the concerned police officers for providing every possible remedy to the complainants and said that corruption would not be tolerated.
