National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Director Syed Mohammad Hasnain Ahmed Shah has said that NAB is vigorously pursuing to curb the menace of corruption from the society and for the first time in the country's history, influential personalities are being nabbed and brought before the laws which would help strengthen the national economy.
He expressed these views while addressing the academic council of Post Graduate Medical Institute (PGMI) and an awareness seminar on "Corruption Free Pakistan" held at the auditorium of Punjab Institute of Neuro Sciences of Lahore General Hospital (LGH) on Thursday. Principal PGMI/LGH Professor Dr Sardar Mohammad Alfareed Zafar, Executive Director of PINS Professor Khalid Mahmud, MS LGH Dr Mahmud Salah uddin, professors, doctors, nurses and other staff attended the seminar.
