Pakistan People's Party (PPP) chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari said together we have fought against the dictatorship and extremism in past and today democracy was being attacked in the country once again.
He was talking to the media along with Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah after offering condolences to PPP MPA Malik Asad Sikandar on the sad demise of his mother at Thana Ahmed Khan today.
Bilawal told that he was unaware about prime minister's visit of Karachi and said these people (PM and federal ministers) come to Karachi only for photo sessions.
Garbage from one place was being dumped into another place in the name of clean Karachi drive, Bilawal alleged. He said federal government was making perpetual mistakes instead of resolving economy issues. Bilawal said this government had not only failed to resolve common issues but also in resolving very sensitive issue of Kashmir. Modi government had pushed the people of Kashmir into a biggest Jail and made their lives miserable, Bilawal said. He termed Imran Khan incompetent and said the prime minister of Pakistan had not taken serious efforts for Kashmir.
Chairman said PPP was a political party and its workers are like a family and we believe that Sindh province should be given its due share according to NFC Award which was not being given, despite of that we were striving to resolve people issues by taking different modus operandi, he informed. He said 'selected' federal government thinks that it will blackmail us by making cases and sending opposition's members in jail but we will never change our stand.
Replying a question regarding protest of Maulana Fazlur Rehman, the PPP chairman said he would give moral support to Maulana and added that selected prime minister had to go home.
