Renowned battery company Energizer has released its very own smartphone featuring a massive battery of 18,000mAh.
Where most phones have battery lives between 3,000mAh and 4,000mAh, Energizer, partnering with French firm Avenir Telecom, surprised people at the Mobile World Congress 2019, with its Energizer Power Max P18K Pop that incorporated an unbelievable 18,000mAh.
The phone is a bulky one due to the massive battery, measuring 18mm of thickness, which would be about 3.5 iPhones in comparison, according to The Verge. The company promised that the phone has a week’s worth of use, or two full days of continuous video playback.
As of for the specs, the Power Max P18K Pop features an edge-to-edge 6.2-inch LCD display with a sliding selfie camera. If the pop-up camera wasn’t enough, the phone features dual selfie camera with triple rear cameras. The phone comes in with fast-charging, 6GB RAM, 128GB storage and runs on the latest Android 9 Pie.
Energizer Power Max P18K Pop’s price was not revealed, but when the phone launches in June as expected, it will be the phone with the biggest battery in the world.
