Bollywood's ace director Karan Johar unveiled on Thursday his first ever wax figure at Madame Tussauds in Singapore, where he was accompanied by his mother Hiroo Johar.
KJo's wax figure at Madame Tussauds has him clicking a selfie in his typical pose and selfie side, for which he is mostly known for. Apart from unveiling his statue, the filmmaker also inaugurated a new area in the museum, which is dedicated to Indian cinema.
While talking to Hindustan Times about his wax statue, Karan said that it is a very special gift for his twins Roohi and Yash and his mom Hiroo Johar. The ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’ director further said that he used to visit Madame Tussauds with his father Yash Johar as an eight-year-old and he remembered how he felt at that time.
