Singer Zayn Malik went on a social media rant lashing out at people for linking his cryptic tweets to on-and-off girlfriend Gigi Hadid.

After Zayn tweeted, "How about you all go f*** yourselves with your irrelevant bullshit? This ain’t a place for feelings. And you aren’t the person you said you were,” some fans immediately theorized this was about Gigi.

Considering reports broke in January that the couple had split, some of his Twitter followers thought his recent cold yet cryptic tweets were aimed at his ex. However, the singer, in some abusive tweets, clarified that he was not targeting Gigi.

“My tweet was not about Gigi Hadid so leave her the f*** alone she is the most amazing woman I’ve ever known. And does nothing but love and support me when lord knows I don’t deserve it,” he wrote.

It’s still unclear whom he was targeting in his previous tweets. He might be aiming towards his One Direction’s former bandmates, as there are tensions between them to this day. “There is still some bad blood between some of the guys which, until those emotions are resolved, the hurt feelings will stand in the way of doing a tour, new music or any work together,” a source told HollywoodLife.
