ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Senator Faisal Javed says that present government was committed to invest on youth to ensure bright future of Pakistan.
Speaking in a Radio Program, Senator Faisal Javed said the population can become the country’s strength if the youth are given higher education and quality education.
The best investment for the country is in intellect and learning of its youth, he said, adding, the PTI government was paying special attention to provide quality education in the country.
Replying a question, he said , "We have lost our reorganization of Sufism, however, the Al-Qadir University will definitely equip the students with modern and spiritual education to the students who will defend the conspiracies against the religion", he added.
The Al-Qadir University is named after Abdul Qadir Jilani, who linked science and spirituality, he mentioned.
Prime Minister Imran Khan has a vision to transform Pakistan into a welfare state on the pattern of State of Medina and establishing such institutions to impart Islamic teachings to the youth showed his commitment in that regard, Faisal Javed said.
Senator, PTI Waleed Iqbal also said modern and spiritual education will be provided to the youth through Al-Qadir University.
The university’s curriculum will focus on Sufism to promote culture of research in Islam, he said, adding, the current government is focusing on human resource development and promoting quality education.
