Gasoline stocks in independent storage in the Amsterdam-Rotterdam-Antwerp (ARA) refining and storage hub rose by 11.7 percent in the week to May 2, according to data from Dutch consultancy Insights Global, previously PJK International.

Total naphtha flows into Asia for May have been provisionally assessed at 5.2 million to 5.5 million tonnes, up from April's volumes of about 4.9 million tonnes, according to Refinitiv data.

Western naphtha arrivals for May have been notionally pegged at 1.3 million to 1.4 million tonnes, down nearly 10 percent from April's volumes of 1.5 million to 1.6 million tonnes and falling to their lowest since March 2018, the data showed.

Gunvor's 88,000 barrel per day (bpd) Rotterdam oil refinery shut one crude distillation unit (CDU), two industry sources said on Friday.

Industry monitor Genscape on Tuesday said that the 55,000 bpd gasoline-making FCC at Total's Donges refinery in France was shut for planned maintenance.
