ISLAMABAD: Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi says Pakistan Tehrik-i-Insaf (PTI) has laid the foundation for the creation of South Punjab province.

In a tweet, he said creation of the new province will help ensure speedy justice to the people of south Punjab.

The Minister said South Punjab province will also ensure effective administration by empowering the people and safeguard their interests.
