Actress Deepika Padukone met supermodel Kendall Jenner during a fundraising dinner for the Youth Anxiety Center in New York. She took to her Instagram stories to share her experience meeting with Jenner.

Deepika, an advocate of mental health awareness, was attending the Anxiety Youth Centre Dinner where she interacted with high profile people and shared her story apart from championing the good cause.

During the event, Deepika spoke about dealing with depression.“To put on a front every single day like everything is okay in your life when actually that’s far from reality. You’re smiling and bringing joy into other people’s lives when you have none,” she said.

Deepika  penned a note for Kendall as she shared a photo with her on Instargram stories. “I had the pleasure of meeting this beautiful soul, I wish you all the joy in the world and peace of mind always! Kendall Jenner,” she wrote.
