The final trailer for ‘IT Chapter Two’ has arrived and it delivers really creepy and unsettling imagery to great success, keeping the thrill element intact.
Along with the first film, IT, the sequel from director Andy Muschietti brings the second part of Stephen King’s horror novel to life on the big screen.
In the trailer the Losers’ Club are all 27 years older. Most have left their small town of Derry behind, as well as their childhood trauma. But they made a pact that if Pennywise ever returns, they are all to finish off what they started. With the new trailer seems like that time has come.
The creature is a shape-changer, but it often wears the face of a dancing clown named Pennywise (played by Bill Skarsgard), because clowns are forever creepy. The kids defeat Pennywise in ‘It’, and think they’re done with their shared story, but in Chapter Two, set 27 years later, they learn he’s still alive, and they have to return to Derry to fight him again.
Now, in order to defeat Pennywise, the adults will all have to individually overcome their own personal demons.
The movie will hit theatres on September 6.
