Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, who enjoys a huge fan following in Pakistan, is producing an anti-Pakistan Netflix series ‘Bard of Blood’ and people on this side of the border are not too happy with it, calling him out for using his patriotism to vilify Pakistan.
After actor Mehwish Hayat, another Pakistani actress, Ushna Shah, has called out SRK for losing his morality for few bucks. In response to the trailer shared by SRK on his Twitter, Ushna replied to him saying, “You realize you have a huge fan base in Pakistan right? As well as in Indian Occupied Kashmir. Does money take away all moral responsibility?”

Earlier, Mehwish slammed SRK for being patriotic on the expense of maligning Pakistan.
This just vindicates what I have been saying for so long. Another week & yet another anti-Pakistan project. Now can we wake up, smell the coffee & see Bollywood’s agenda for what it is?@iamsrk Be patriotic, nobody is stopping you - just don’t do it at the expense of vilifying us. https://t.co/iCElRpJAa1

In the last few days, many Pakistani celebrities have been raising their concerns about depicting Pakistan in a negative image in international films, especially in Bollywood.
The Netflix series 'Bard of Blood' is based on a book of the same name by Bilal Siddiqi. The trailer begins in Pakistan's province Balochistan, where Indian spies have been captured and are about to be decapitated before they could relay an important piece of information to India. Former spy Kabir Anand (played by Emraan Hashmi) is called to go to Balochistan for a rescue mission.
