Pakistan batting star Babar Azam bid adieu after a memorable run at the Somerset club as the club ended their run at the Vitality Blast 2019.

The Somerset club applauded the Pakistani top order batsman for his excellent performance throughout the tournament.
Azam remained the tournament’s leading run scorer with 578 runs in 13 matches that he scored at an impressive average of over 52. Azam also went on to hit his second T20 ton, when he blasted 102 runs against Hampshire.

Despite a record setting performance, Azam failed against Middlesex, as he was dismissed for a golden duck in his side’s dramatic defeat and eventual exit from Vitality Blast 2019.
