Jared Padalecki was arrested in the early hours of Sunday outside a club in Austin, Texas on the charges of assault and public intoxication.
According to TMZ, the 37-year-old actor faces two counts of assault and one count of public intoxication, after allegedly striking both a bartender and the club Stereotype's general manager in the face. Padalecki allegedly flashed a stack of cash at police officers too before he was put into custody.
The ‘Supernatural’ star's bond has been set at $15,000, $5,000 per charge, though it's unclear whether or not Padalecki has yet been bailed out.
Padalecki has been acting for some time now, gaining popularity with the teen crowd back in the early 2000's when he starred as Dean Forrester on ‘Gilmore Girls’. From there he went on to star in ‘Supernatural’, the CW's longest running show.
