Pakistan Super League (PSL) franchise Lahore Qalandars have found the country’s tallest speedster, even taller than the fast bowler Mohammad Irfan, and the franchise seems more than happy to prepare the budding cricketer for Pakistan. Meet Muhammad Mudassar, a 21-year-old resident of the Lahore’s China scheme who hails from a poor family and has been the centre of attention at the finals of the 'Battle of Qalandars'. This is all because the Lahore Qalandars latest find enjoys a height of 7 foot 4 inches. The youngster will be training at Lahore Qalandars high performance center for one year, where the cricketer would hone his skills. At the moment Pakistan’s fast bowler Mohammad Irfan known for his height of 7'1" is the tallest player to play first-class and international cricket. According to Lahore Qalandars officials, the franchise is always ready to provide a platform to emerging talent, and Mudassar is a unique talent. The lanky cricketer says he wants to represent Pakistan by playing PSL. Talking about his unique height, Mudassar says he finds picking up shoes the most difficult part of his daily routine. the fast bowler is hopeful that unlike other super tall players fitness will not be a hindrance to his career.
