Indian actor Sunny Deol on Saturday came to Pakistan to attend the inaugural ceremony of Kartarpur Corridor. On his return, the actor said that he received a lot of love from Pakistan and this is just the beginning of peace.
Speaking to a local channel when he returned back to India, he said “It was a great occasion. I received a lot of love. This is just the beginning. I hope things remain the same and we all live in love. This is the beginning of peace,” ARY News reported.
Deol further added, “The people show a lot of love. This is a great initiative. And I hope things will continue like this. What’s the point of fighting, there should be love only.”
Deol also became butt of jokes on Twitter when he crossed the border to attend the inaugural ceremony. People took to Twitter to comment on Deol's visit to Pakistan and compared his visit to some of his Indian patriotic films.
