Federal minister for Science and Technology Fawad Chaudhry has said that in three years Pakistan would become the first country to manufacture battery buses, which will driven by an electric motor and obtains energy from on-board batteries. In a series of tweets, the federal minister further said that Pakistan would develop solar panels and lithium batteries, which would change the entire energy system in the country. “We couldn't build an engine that was a failure, but over the next three years we will build solar panels and lithium batteries. The entire energy system will change.
