Hayatabad Industrial Estate to be separated from Tesco feeder

The Sarhad Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Peshawar Electric Supply Company have decided to separate the Hayatabad Industrial Estate from feeder of Tribal Electric Supply Company (TESCO) to overcome with power theft and tripping issue in the industrial estate, while small industrial estate Kohat Road Peshawar would be exempted from electricity loadshedding.

The decision was taken during a meeting between SCCI President Engr Maqsood Anwar Pervaiz and Pesco Chief Executive, Engr Dr Muhammad Amjad at the chamber house here on Saturday.

Besides, SCCI Senior Vice President, Shahid Hussain, former presidents, Faiz Muhammad, Riaz Arshad, Zahidullah Shinwari, Malik Niaz Ahmad, Faud Ishaq, former SVP Mohammad Iqbal and Ziaul Haq Sarhadi, ex-vice presidents Haris Mufti and Abidullah Yousafzai, members of the SCCI executive committee, Ghulam Bilal Javed, Ishanullah, Mujeebur Rehman, Sadiq Amin, Nadeem Rauf, Fazal e Wahid, Shamsur Rahim, Saddar Gul, Azizullah Advocate, Small Industrial Estate Kohat Road Peshawar president, Waheed Arif Awan, Pesco GM Commercial, Chaudhry Ayub, Director Commercial Tufail Khan, traders and industrial in a large number were present in the meeting.
