JUI-F has decided to organise a big public meeting in Peshawar on December 8, 2019 under the Plan-C of its Azadi March, anti-government movement in the country. Besides, JUI-F chief Maulana Fazal-ur-Rehman, the leaders of other opposition parties will also address the public meeting.
The decision was taken in a meeting of the provincial council of JUI-F held here in the Provincial Secretariat of the party with provincial Ameer, Maulana Atta-ur-Rehman in the chair.
Members of the provincial executive council, district chiefs and general secretaries from central districts including Nowshera, Swabi, Mardan, Peshawar, Charsadda, Mohmand, Khyber, Bajaur, FRs Peshawar and Kohat also attended the meeting.
After detail review of the ongoing Azadi March movement and future strategy, the meeting decided to organize a big public meeting in Peshawar. The meeting also constituted management and media committees while the security affairs were given to the volunteers from the central districts with provincial commander as its head.
Addressing the meeting, the provincial amir, Maulana Atta-ur-Rehman and general secretary, Maulana Atta-ul-Haq Darwaish said that the whole nation is expressing concern and anguish over incompetence of the rulers.
They said the anti-government movement that was jointly launched with support of other opposition parties is bearing fruits and it will now continue till the ouster of the present rulers.
They expressed concern over the silence of the discretion of the Holy Qur'aan in Norway called upon the Muslim Ummah to prepare a joint line of action to perform their religious responsibility.
