The cricket match between Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Under-16 and Northern Under-16 cricket teams in connection with the PCB-Pepsi National Under-16 tournament was abandoned due to rain on Thursday.

Mohammad Tahir took three wickets for 27 as Northern Under-16, after being put into bat were bowled out for 116 in 41.3 overs. Shamyl Hussain remained top-scorer with 23 off 50 balls and struck two fours.

The umpires called of the match due to rain without a ball being bowled in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Under-16 innings.
