The lawyer for former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Saturday filed a medical report to an additional registrar of the Lahore High Court, claiming that the health of his client was still not well.
The report submitted by Amjad Pervez was duly attested by Pakistan High Commission in the United Kingdom.
Nawaz Sharif was in London to have treatment under a conditional permission granted to him by the LHC.
The court had allowed Nawaz Sharif to travel abroad initially for a period of four weeks on medical grounds. The lawyers of Nawaz Sharif were directed to keep filing fortnight medical reports.
The report stated that Nawaz Sharif is still receiving treatment for the stability of his platelets while he has also developed problem in the main artery of heart. It said the process for a complete diagnosis of Nawaz Sharif was still in underway. The doctors in London cautioned him against air travel till his health condition is not declared stable.
