Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar has expressed displeasure over poor cleanliness arrangements in some areas of the provincial capital and sought a report from Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner and the Lahore Waste Management Company.

In a statement issued on Sunday, the chief minister directed the authorities concerned to improve the cleanliness arrangements by utilising all out resources to remove heap of garbage from roads. He warned that no negligence would be tolerated in this regard. "Cleanliness condition of some areas of the city is highly regrettable," the CM expressed.
