Two persons were killed and three others injured in separate incidents of violence while the police claimed to have arrested 45 accused including a gang of motorbike snatchers during the last 24 hours. Malik Naveed son of Muhammad Sadiq was killed by unknown men in the jurisdictions of Mubina Town police station.

Similarly, Gul Hassan son of Rahim Bux was killed in the limits oof Sachal Goth police station Dead body of a sexagenarian Farm Jan wife of M Fazal was recovered from the limits of Baldia Town. Police said the lady was mentally disable and was missing since 21 Dec 2019. The body was shifted to Civil Hospital Karachi (CHK) for legal formalities.

Aliman Shah son of Moin Ullah khan, Faiz ullah son of Muhammad Iqbal and Muhammad Imran son of Manzoor Ahmed were injured by unknown men in the limits of Shah Lafif Town, Korangi and Sharea Faisal police stations, respectively.

The anti car lifting cell of the police (ACLC-Nazimabad) claimed to have arrested a gang of three accused involved in motorcycle lifting Nizam Uddin son of Essa, Mubarak Ali son of Gulbahar and Hyder Khan son of Miandad and recovered four Snatched/Stolen motorcycles from their possession.
