The prime minister said that Modi's government was pursuing an ideology based on religious superiority or Hinduvta and that ideology had been inspired by Nazis.
Imran Khan added that by reading the writing of the founding father of the RSS, one would find that he admired the Nazis idea of racial superiority and also the treatment of the Jews.
The PM said when that sort of ideology took over a country of over a billion people it would have consequences. Therefore, since August 5, 2019 when Kashmir was unitarily annexed by violating UN resolutions and violating Simla accord with Pakistan, Imran Khan said he had been trying to explain to the world leaders that this would have consequences.
He further stated that everything of the India of Gandhi and Nehru was reversed after August 5 by the Narendra Modi's government through the introduction of the Citizens Amendment Act (CAA). He said clearly this was something that had never taken place in the modern world. PM Khan said that over eight million people were under siege in Kashmir and this was followed by this legislation and now gangs of RSS inspired by Hitler's brown shirts are beating people up in Delhi.
Unfortunately this would get worse, Imran Khan warned. "My appeal to the international community is that this is the time to take action and to ask where this huge sub-continent is heading," he asked the international community and diplomats in the event.
The PM said it was not just a concern of Pakistan but it should concern the entire world and if the international community did not act now things would only get worse and that RSS-led Indian government would exclude such a huge minority of 500 million people from the mainstream.
The PM said that what was happening in Delhi was just a beginning. "We don't now how the legislation would be reversed." The prime minister also stated that there was no military solution for any dispute as such a solution only creates two more problems. The PM regretted that even Indian movies were showing Muslims as villains.
He added that what was happening in Narendra Modi's Hindustan now was predicted by founder of Pakistan Quaid-e-Azam as reason for creation of Pakistan. The PM also stated that he was proud the way Pakistan came out of difficult situation after the Pulwama incident and the Indian aggression, through a very sober and mature response by the armed forces of Pakistan.
He said Pakistan was proud of its armed forces, the way they reacted and their reaction was acknowledged by the world community. The PM said Pakistani media also showed great maturity as opposed to the Indian media and stated that Pakistan could have responded immediately but waited till next day because it did not want casualties.
He said all the political parties also showed maturity on the issue. The PM said India had put itself in a very difficult situation and Indian return from a racist, totalitarian and a fascist ideology was very difficult. He said logical conclusion of the ideology pursued by the Indian government was bloodshed.
The PM said Hinduvta philosophy of hatred against Muslims, Christians and other minorities would result in self destructions of India as RSS would marginalize all the minorities and marginalization of such a huge community would have serious consequences.
The PM further stated that no one would have thought that President Trump would praise Pakistan in India, and his praise reflected Pakistan's standing and that country would keep on rising and as well as the armed forces.
Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi stated Pakistan that wanted peace with all the neighbouring countries and stated that Pakistanis and Kashmiris would never accept the August 5 decision by the Indian government and all the political parties and institutions were on the same page on the issue of Kashmir.
Chairman Kashmir Committee of the Parliament Syed Fakhar Imam also spoke on the occasion and stated Quaid-e-Azam's farsightedness and wisdom was proved with regard to Muslims of sub-continent.
He said that domestic politics of India were responsible for Pulwama incident because Modi wanted victory in the Indian election. The UN Secretary General has also stated that Kashmir was a disputed issue.
He said August 5 measures in Kashmir were illegitimate. "We are united on the issue of Kashmir," he added The event was attended by chiefs of armed forces, parliamentarians, diplomats etc. A documentary related to the event was also shown during the ceremony.
