Model Customs Collectorate (MCC), Preventive has collected Rs 12.40 billion in February 2020. According to details, the department has collected Rs 4.52 billion as customs duty, depicting over 30 percent growth as compared to Rs 3.04 billion collected in last preceding month. The revenue collection made on account of sales tax showed decline while the collection as income tax and federal excise duty increased by Rs 199.9 million and 1023.83 million, respectively.

Similarly, overall revenue collection from July to February 2020 is Rs 102.76 billion, reducing by Rs 14.29 million as compared to the collection made during previous period.
