International flight operations restricted to three airports

Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has announced to continue international flights only from Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad while rest of the other airports has been closed to prevent spreading coronavirus in the country.

According to a notification issued to the airlines, the PCAA in order to implement the decisions taken in the National Security Council (NSC) meeting announced to close five airports - Peshawar, Faisalabad, Quetta, Sialkot and Multan for international flights to control the spread of COVID-19.

The authority has asked the airlines to reschedule its operations under the directives and choose Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad airports as an alternate option for their scheduled flights.
